Managed Training Services
We deliver a total solution, in partnership with our customers; we are not simply a content creation company or a training company. Our full service includes:
- Consulting closely with the training/HR department and the executive level of the company to develop a through learning strategy which fully examines the organisation's training needs and constraints.
- Working with the training department to design and develop a blended learning programme that encompasses all of the organisation's needs.
- Delivery of the full breadth of services required to implement the programme, including IT support, content creation, training services etc.
- Management of the programme for its lifetime. This includes administration (such as enrolling new users), server and software hosting, and analysing tracking information and feedback to aid management decisions.
- Continual evaluation of the programme to allow for continuous improvement.
